Austin Area Home Sales, Median Price Continue to Rise

Austin’s busy Spring/Summer selling season is in full swing, with ABOR’s March 2016 statistics already outpacing those set the previous year.  Austin area home sales were up nine percent year-over-year, and the median price increased eight percent to $278,000.
