The areas that extend from far Northeast Austin to Manor are growing tremendously, sparked by employees of Samsung, Dell, Applied Materials, and other companies. Highway 130 – “Pickle Parkway” – runs through the area providing an easy transportation route to IH-35, Austin, and western Williamson County.
