In 1991, Carol opened her office, Carol Dochen Realtors®, Inc, which includes several sales agents and support staff.
Continued commitment to education, professionalism, and her clients has earned Carol top industry sales award recognition. She has served as a director of the Austin Board of Realtors® (ABOR), 2007 President of the Austin Multiple Listing Service (ACTRIS), and a director of the Texas Association of Realtors®.
Her industry sales awards include: Top 25 Realtor® and Top 25 Sales Team from the Austin Business Journal, the Top Realtor® Award from Texas Monthly Magazine and recognition by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Giving back to community is a driving force in Carol's commitment to Habitat for Humanity. She has donated a portion of every commission for more than 10 years to Habitat for Humanity and was recently recognized by Habitat for her years of dedication. Carol has volunteered with Meals on Wheels, Women's Prison Storybook Project and over the years has performed with several Austin choral groups.
Carol is a director of the Jewish Community Association of Austin at the Dell Jewish Community Center and is an active member of Temple Beth Shalom, Congregation Beth Israel and the National Council of Jewish Women.
Carol grew up in Dallas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was a member of Alpha Xi Delta sorority and Longhorn Singers. She has been married to Austin native, Sandy Dochen, since 1978. Together, they have raised two wonderful, grown children, Katie and Andrew.

She and her husband have been married since 1978 and have loved raising their two sons in Austin. Arlene has been a Texas CPA for over 25 years and has co-managed Austin Pain Therapy Associates, Inc. with her husband for the past 17 years.
She has lived in Northwest Hills for over 20 years and loves working with people to help them find their dream home. She has the business expertise to guide clients smoothly through the process.

She and her husband, Bill Taute, a successful home builder, developed and sold Sage Creek Homes, an urban single family community of 18 homes. Nancy joined Carol Dochen Realtors®, Inc. in 2005 and works with buyers and sellers throughout the city.
Nancy graduated from Texas A & M University and worked in the computer industry as a program analyst for 18 years before starting her real estate career. She and her husband have been married since 1986 and have two wonderful children.

An Austin resident since 1996, Josh was originally from Arlington, Texas and has a business degree from The University of Texas with a dual major in Business Honors and Finance. He previously was a property appraiser with the Travis Central Appraisal District, specializing in homes valued more than $600,000 throughout the county. Josh also worked in San Antonio at the Bexar County Appraisal District as a commercial appraiser, valuing multi-family and apartment complexes.
During his time at Travis Central Appraisal District, Josh realized how valuable and complimentary a real estate career would prove to be. While maintaining his full time position he earned his real estate license. Initially Josh managed his own investment properties and sold condos and homes to his friends in Austin and San Antonio. He then moved back to Austin to focus on his love of helping people make the best decisions possible when it comes to real estate.

She has worked as a real estate office manager for more than 10 years with a short break to be a stay-at-home Mom. Kim has been with Carol Dochen Realtors®, Inc. since 2005 as office manager and loves assisting our clients.
Raised in Gatesville, Texas, Kim graduated from Temple Junior College and has seen many changes in the Austin area since moving here in 1983. She and her husband enjoy drag racing in events around Texas when they are not spending time with their daughter on their 15-acre farm in Buda. They have 3 cows, 3 pigs, 22 chickens, 7 geese, and 3 dogs. Kim’s favorite hobby is making hand-poured candles for Apple Creek Candles.
